Q. How do I make the purchase?

A. Browse through all our collections. Review your selection by clicking the Review link at the top of the page. You can use the Remove from Box link to delete items from your cart. If you wish to continue browsing, click on the Continue Shopping button. To complete your order, click on the Check Out button.

Q. Can I reorder an item which is sold out?

A. There is an Order Inquiry link right next to the Sold Out sign under each product, you can fill in your details and you will be notified via email once that item is back in stock. Please note One-of-a-kind items do not come back in stock.

Q. What Payment method does Kreationbuddy accept?

A. We accept payments via Debit, Credit, Master, and Net Banking through Indian banks. If you are not able to make a payment via the above listed methods, please send us an e-mail at Mail id and we will send you options to pay via bank transfer.

Q. When will you ship my order?

A. All orders are normally shipped within 3 business days of placing an order. Final delivery varies on bases of shipping locations. All orders are shipped with online tracking number and is expected to be delivered within 5-7 business.

Q. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

A. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.
